Policy Statement

It is the stated objective of UNIVERSAL NDT SERVICES & NDT RESOURCES (UNIVERSAL) to provide a quality of service consistent with the highest of professional standards in meeting the Client’s needs.

We in UNIVERSAL are committed to the concept of Quality Assurance as defined in ISO 9001.

This description of UNIVERSAL Quality System forms the source from which the detailed procedures, specific work instructions, and the basis on which the Project Plan for each individual project will be prepared.

No organization or service is ever static and UNIVERSAL will work continuously to improve the quality of service it is able to offer its clients. This is achieved through regular review of performance, working methods, and training of staff.

Responsibility for upgrading and maintaining the Quality System and conducting internal audits rests with the Quality Assurance Manager who reports to the General Manager.

Every individual member of Universal’s staff has a responsibility for and will participate in implementation of the Quality System.
